The Nemesis Series Pull Back is a high-performance plate-loaded strength machine that primarily targets the lats, but also benefits the erectors and rhomboids as well as rear delts. The machine includes a universal pivot point that allows for a user defined path, while separately positioned, non-skid footplates offer maximum stabilisation, fitting all users.
