Linear Leg Press

The Nemesis Series Linear Leg Press is a plate-loaded strength machine designed to isolate the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings and calves in an integrated fashion. The 45° angle of the Linear Leg Press transfers more tension to the glutes compared to the traditional leg press.
