The Nemesis Series Iso-Lateral Horizontal Bench Press is a high-performance plate-loaded strength machine that primarily targets the pectoral muscles, as well as the anterior deltoids and triceps, from a completely supine position. The Iso-lateral design innovates on the traditional bench press action, and sees separate weight horns engage with independent diverging and converging motions for equal strength development and muscle stimulation for both sides of the body. Vertical and horizontal grip options replicate traditional bench presses or athletic movements.
